RLC Children’s Ministry Director

Joy Field is the Children’s Ministry Director over both campuses. Joy has been married to Landon for 29 years, and they have 2 adult children and 1 new grandson! She taught in the public school system for 13 years and was previously RLC Midland Children’s Pastor beginning in 2018 before moving to Lubbock and serving as the RLC Lubbock Children’s Pastor until 2022. She then launched her own children’s ministry non-profit, Heavenly Homeland Kids. She returned as our Children’s Director in July of 2024, Joy has a heart for kids to not only know about Jesus but to really know Him in a personal way!

Lubbock Campus Children’s Pastor

Beth has been married to Michael White for 20 years, and together they have three children: Gibson, Graham, and Sadie. Their family loves spending quality time together, playing games like kickball, and traveling around the world.

Beth holds a bachelor's degree in business finance and began her career as both the finance and children's director at Turning Point Community Church. Later, she assisted her husband in running a business, which they eventually surrendered in response to God’s prompting. Beth then spent six years with Prepare International, a mission ministry, where she managed finances, coordinated trips, taught, and led the children's ministry for a period of time. Passionate about advancing God’s Kingdom, Beth has a heart to guide people toward the fullness of their God-given potential.
