RLC Children’s Ministry Director

Joy Field is the Children’s Ministry Director over both campuses. Joy has been married to Landon for 29 years, and they have 2 adult children and 1 new grandson! She taught in the public school system for 13 years, and was previously RLC Midland Children’s Pastor beginning in 2018 before moving to Lubbock and serving as the RLC Lubbock Children’s Pastor until 2022. She then launched her own children’s ministry non-profit, Heavenly Homeland Kids. She returned as our Children’s Director in July of 2024, Joy has a heart for kids to not only know about Jesus but to really know Him in a personal way!

Stacey Sikes

Midland Campus Children’s Pastor

Stacey is passionate about bringing fun and life to our children's ministry! Stacey embodies the joy of the Lord and brings the fun everywhere she goes. She has been a part of our children's ministry team since 2021, and has been a part of Renew Life Church since day 1. She and her husband, Cody, have been married for 17 years and have 4 children. Stacey brings experience as a stay-at-home mom, teacher for her children's homeschool, and anointing as one who leads with love, humility, and conviction. Along with hosting our special events and connecting with parents, Stacey's favorite aspect of children's ministry is helping kids understand the strength and power they have through the Word of God.

Logan Beggs

Midland Children’s Associate Pastor

Logan has been a part of our children's ministry team for over 10 years and finds joy in teaching the next generation about the Word of God. Logan is also the youth associate pastor and has experience in a number of different roles here at RLC, including office admin, event coordinating, executive assistant, and everything in between! Her favorite part of children's ministry is getting to dress up on holidays, especially wearing pajamas to church on PJ Palooza! Outside of work Logan is a home organizer, runner, and a proud aunt to her niece and nephew.
